Cancellation & Refund Policy for GreenDecor.me

At GreenDecor.me, we strive to provide exceptional service and products for your events and personalized orders. However, we understand that plans may change, and cancellations or refunds may be necessary. Below is our policy outlining the terms for cancellations and refunds for Party Decor services and customized gifts/plant products.

 


 

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Party Decor Services

Due to the time and resources involved in planning and executing customized decor for your events, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date: No refund will be issued, as significant preparation will have already been made.

  • Emergency Party Arrangements:Cannot be canceled under any circumstances. No refund applicable for emergency requests, due to the urgent nature of the service.


Postponements: You can postpone your event by contacting us at least 5 days before the scheduled date. We will reschedule subject to availability, but rescheduling within 3 days of the event may incur additional charges.

1.2 Customized Gifts and Plant Products

Customized gifts and personalized plant products are tailored specifically for you, and therefore cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Before production starts: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if production has not begun. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After production starts: No cancellations will be accepted once production has commenced due to the personalized nature of the items.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued based on the conditions outlined below:

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Party Decor Services: Refunds will be provided according to the cancellation timeframes listed above.

  • Customized Gifts/Plants: If cancellation is requested before production begins, you are eligible for a full refund. After production starts, no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Customized corporate gifts, engraved items, and personalized plant arrangements are non-refundable once production has started

  • Live plants: Customized plant orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the preparation process has begun, due to the perishable nature of plants.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Please note that since each plants is uniquely personalized and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds.However, our standard guarantee ensures that we will replace any plants that do not meet our high standards of quality.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your customized product or plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

 


 

3. Changes to Orders

3.1 Party Decor Services

You can request minor changes to your Party Decor theme or setup up to 5 days before the event. Any significant changes requested within 3 days of the event may incur additional charges, depending on the scope of changes and resource allocation.

3.2 Customized Gifts/Plant Products

If you wish to modify the design or details of a customized gift or plant product, you must notify us before production begins. We will make every effort to accommodate the changes, but once production has started, no modifications can be made.
