Where does GreenDecor deliver?
We currently provide delivery services across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected.
How long does delivery take?
For standard delivery, orders in the UAE usually arrive within 2–4 business days, while Saudi Arabia delivery generally takes 4–6 business days and Qatar delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery may also be available in selected locations.
Can I return or exchange a plant if I am not satisfied?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. Live plants are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will assess the situation and may provide a replacement or refund.
